friendly staffperfect locationinconvenient stairs
i found the staff very cute and friendly. (they really stood out!) the room was clean and the location was perfect for accessing the city center. they even provided adapters when i discovered the sockets differed from those in my country.
the stairs were a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.
